Still a DD but a deflated one. Most of it is the loose skin...not pretty without a bra. :( But now they actually stick out past the belly roll, so it's all good. LOL

MN homeschooler here. We start the first week in September and take the summer off starting in June. My kids aren't ready to start and neither am I, we're having a nice summer this year. All the new books are on display and most of the supplies are purchased.

Welcome back!! I do some extra exercise when I want an alcoholic beverage, usually end up burning more calories than I consumed.

I got off my butt and did 45minutes on the stationary bike. :)

That sounds like a good plan. You have to give your muscles a chance to recover, so make it a casual walk. :)

Add a rest day or you will burn out and fall off the wagon. You can only do so much. I've tried the workout every day until you can barely drag yourself into bed at night and while it will work in the short term, it is impossible to keep up with.

Robin,,,so sorry about your dad, I lost my Dad last Sept. and my Mom 3 years ago. Take things easy, do only what you feel you can do. It won't help you to overdo it. Spend time with your son, my kids were the reason I didn't just dissolve into a big depressed puddle. I hope things look up soon. Hugs to you.

I agree that you should eat what you like as long as it's within your calorie range and call it a treat, not a cheat. We have pizza every week...I usually make it at home...whole wheat crust from scratch, turkey pepperoni, reduced fat cheese, lots of fresh veggies. I was planning on walking today, but it's raining. So, it was the stationary bike for me. My first workout in a month yesterday left me VERY sore, so took it easy.

I met my hubby 20 years ago through a mutual friend. It was Halloween night and he kept putting the straw to his drink up the nose of his gorilla mask...It was love at first sight. LOL
