eating disorder is very unhealthy matter. first of all you should avoid to excess intake of food. and try to take some nutritional substance to get body fitness.

night work is very difficult task and due to that you whole schedule will go slow. it is really the factor of weight gain. this is effective to take complete rest on weekend and get turn in normal schedule.

sugar is used for to taste something sweet and it is quite bad for health. i think that fresh fruits have also a taste of sugar which is fructose and not bad for us.
