Try taking a proper rest day with no exercise at all! If that doesn't work it may have something to do with your nutrition.

Good luck, the biggest challenge is to keep it going. I used the site for a few weeks then went off it and now back on etc. You can do it!

This week I noticed...... that my wedding photo's from 1 year ago are hideous! The failure of my marriage and the fact that I was overweight has massively kicked me into gear this year. I now have 1 of those photo's saved as the background picture on my phone. I never want to go back there!

Isn't the proof in huffdog's weightloss? What's the issue here? This used to be the case for me, I think it's a case of getting your body used to it. When I started my regime, I used to eat cereal and then by 10 I'd feel starving! I found a banana at this time or some other fruit would see me through til Lunch time. After a while this went away and I can now eat cereal at 8 and easily…
