I think this is an ok idea. I live in Rogers, AR and I love to tent camp, canoe and/or kayak. I would like to find some friends that enjoy this type of activity.

I started taking iron tablets/vitamins. Helps some. I'm a secretary and sit at a desk all day. Sometimes I just have to get up and move around.

I started taking fiber capsules. Seems to help with the bloating.

One large scrambled egg = 101 calories. I used to have 3 or 4 scrambled eggs, 6 slices of bacon and toast with butter and jelly - oh and don't forget the glass of milk. WOW. It's hard to go from eating without thinking about it to measuring everything you eat.

I'm also a secretary and struggle with this issue. I try to snack on strawberries, carrots, apple slices - that sort of thing. I love lettuce too. I've been eating grapefruits but these are to messy for work. I hear that grapefruit helps burn fat - don't know. I'm new to this program but I like it. I'm not up to par with…
