Getting a lot of messages on what my diet is. This is how I do it. I made up my own kind of diet(s) I alternate between diets to confuse my body so I don't hit plateaus. I've pretty much made my own custom workout session. Starts out with fast paced weight lighting, then it goes into cardio, then back in weight lighting. It's pretty effective. It has about 5 different weight lifting exercises and about 3 different cardio exercises.
