SW’13: 388 (lost 135 lbs) SW’17: 368 GW: 225 (maybe less if I can keep Keto) 09/03: 282.0 09/10: 09/17: 09/24: 09/30: My weekly weigh in is Monday; so I’ll be off a day. But with it being just after, figure it will work (if not, let me know)

@rsclause - how did you taste you were in Ketosis?
-
Thank you, Nikki; apologies for not realizing that

Do I need to do anything to trigger the formulas to work? I have copied them in and the only calculation that is working is manual (there appears to be a magic cell I can’t activate)

Sweet! Thank you for sharing

If it makes you feel any better, I lost 10, gained 5, and lost 5 I'm starting week 3 as well; hopefully it is "just" water loss like other are indicating and that we are in the process of becoming fat adapted and starting to hit where we can lose consistently

thank you since i have started, roughly 1.5 weeks ago, i haven't had it as bad. i feel it coming on but have not yet experienced it as bad as i have historically and wanted to check the correlation (since it seems to fit, as you said). i am still working out how much to eat in the morning or spread out snacks/meals so as…

If you like coconut as well, I have found a few almond joy copycats that look to work for me (granted the one I have made so far used sweetened coconut flakes because i didn't have any unsweetened on-hand). Pinterest has a lot of ideas that look like they will work for keto-friendly homemade sweets. Which is a good thing…

Thank you. Does the fat & being fuller between meals also help with the afternoon crash (such as the one 5 hour energy uses in their commercials)?
-
thank you

thank you; that has helped this week as I tried to stay low carb/high fat. and mostly succeeded
-
thank you thank you, as well, for letting me know that the fat bombs can help with the sweet tooth

thank you

thank you all

Thank you, all. @rsclause & @WholeFoods4Lyfe: how are you counting the olive oil when you are cooking? My fat goal, at 65%, is 159g. I am hoping to get to where I don't have to track (and not gain it all back again; glad to hear it is possible) @Running_and_Coffee: thank you; glad to hear it is possible to be/feel full

I can't comment on safe (probably should talk to a dr about that); but I have done 10 - 12 lbs/month for the last 4 months or so (down 48 lbs since Halloween) and for me it is just watching what i eat and stopping even though i don't want to when my body says "stop"

+1 to getting thirstier the more I drink water it does not seem to get better (even after drinking 1.0 - 1.5 gal daily for months)

Thank you for all of your help and comments (apologies for being slow to login again to check for replies) I would eat sugar straight; and do (mostly brown rather than white…those solidified chunks are SOOOOO good! but i will eat white sugar straight from the canister as well) for those that mentioned protein as a support…
-
@kommodevaran: what do you mean by "nice" food? it is sugar (and it is something i have always wanted to eat and can never get enough of as far as i can remember).
-
@lynn1982, yes, it is/was a serious question. i was trying to figure out the way to make things work successfully (sorry for not seeing your reply until now) and when the recipe looks to be the same but there is significant difference in how much i can eat, it was a concern on if i did it wrong or if there was something…

thanks! i am hoping i can reach the point that i either have enough calories to eat OR i feel sated by the little bit of sugar i can eat; last time i did this i wasn't able to reach the point where the cravings went away. which is probably, at least in part, why i gained most of the weight back i had originally lost.
-
LOL: thank you for confirming that I am not alone I had lost about 130 lbs or so 2 years ago; but have gained most of it back after I stopped logging last year (i thought i had been ok to try it without logging and oops)…but life happened and it is time to lose it all again. The first time around the urge and need for…

cool; thanks!
