I've heard the HRM are the best bet. It's attached to ya body. I know when I used the machines readings and eating those cals it was to many and I ended up stuck where I was for about 3wks cause my body had to catch up.

yeh, the amount of fat in nuts threw me off too. i only eat almonds unsalted and i don't eat them that often anymore. lol i miss me nuts! (no pun intended)

Okay, I likes bacon, alot. I was already turning down meeting a friend for lunch at IHOP to get me a Steak Omellete! MMMM and then I went to sign onto myspace, why in the world is the front page covered in BACON?! That's so not helping me today.. How do I get my mind off bacon now?
