You could batter it with egg and panko crumbs and bake it.... Make into a casserole.....slice it...layer in a dish with cheese, egg, parmesan....a little butter (put it in recipe builder for calories) Make zucchini boats.....slice in half, scoop out innards....mix innards with hamburger or ground cooked turkey and veggies…

Before and during.......still have about 40 lbs to lose.....1st pic....1 1/2 months into MFP....lost 18 lbs previous to this after birth of baby......last picture was 2 weeks ago....sorry...I have no full body pics of before except 9 months prego but you can definately see the difference in my arms!!!.....before 240ish…

I have the same issue only I just have an oily scalp...the rest is dry. After having kids....my hair is now frizzy, dry and wavy,,,great but scalp is still an oil slick. Sometimes even after washing it at the end of the day I am greasy! I MUST wash everyday and it sucks for styling! Dry shampoo.....to afraid to buy it in…

^^^^ this....I started at 1450 calories and have slowly increased manually to 1850 calories....the more exercise you do I believe you need to do this. Note: I am 34 and weigh 208.....

Try Maurices jeans....only about $20-25 and very generous in sizing! They have a bunch of different styles and run big so wearing a "smaller" size is a REAL confidence booster!
