I have done all these too....but I did like Shred it with Weights the best. I am doing 30 Day Shred right now for 2nd time around....best results!

I think 25 minute workout is plenty! It is cardio and strength training combined which is the perfect combo! I think too much exercise will backfire on you! All the jumping jacks should help shed that belly!! Stick with....you will be happy with the results!

I only lost 4 lbs but at 1/2 point I measured....at day 13...1in from upper waist, 1.5 in from middle waist, 1 1/4in from hips, 1in in leg, 1/2 in in each arm, 2 inches in chest....I eventually lost 24 inches overall but I guess it depends how large you are. Reading this thread makes me feel better especially when I see people that have started MFP after me and have lost more!! Almost 8 months of starting MFP and I have lost 30lbs.....since Decemeber after I had my baby...total of 50 lbs! I want to be at goal by summer but at this rate not sure that will happen!! I agree with sizes being all over the place! I can wear anywhere from a size 17 Junior, Women's 16 to a Women's 13 and I am over 200lbs and 5'6 1/2. You can't just say I wear a size X anymore! I will join too...I started 2nd round yesterday so I am L1D2 today....389 calories burnt per HRM using 5lb weights I am doing M-F taking weekends off this time as the 1st time I did it (June-July this summer) I got really bored!! I would love to go down another size like before!!

I guess it's different for everyone....I have seen people lose up to 15lbs and some only lose 2lbs but you are building muscle and your body changes SO much! I was a lil disappointed at first but my body was less lumpy!! I actually gained the first couple of days!
