My husband wanted my own version of BK Whoppers....just fresh grass fed ground beef, tomato, light mayo, lettuce, Colby cheese on a sesame bun served with seasoned curly fries.....NOT HEALTHY but delicious!

I started both my kids on baby food at 4 months....and they both hated rice cereal so food it was. Every kid is different. I also took tone off formula before a year. As soon as either kid got teeth they gave up baby food and wanted the real stuff. Do what YOU feel is right/

I soooo notice those things...or a nasty dirty mirror you are standing in front of. Even when I take pics of my kids I make sure there is no clutter or crap in the background! Some people dont care and are pigs!

If Chili is ever too spicy just counter it with regular or Brown Sugar....I like my Chili spicy sweet so I add it either way....

I wanted to be in onderland by this weekend.....same stupid 5lbs...was down to 202.8 last week but bounced back up to 205.4 today....grrr! I started at 265lb....havent seen 199lbs since 2003!

Here's a few idears...... Tuna Patties Turkey Mini Meat Loaves Bacon wrapped mini Quiches in a muffin tray Chili with Turkey in it Lasagna Rollups (meatless) Mac N Cheese with frozen broccoli added to it....he can have his meat on the side!

I will be doing Day 15 Level 1 of Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights any minute if I can peel myself away from computer....

I have done the Shred 2x completing it all ....now today will be Day15 Level 1 of Shred it with Weights....take a break here and there....our bodies need a rest day. Once you do it you will be glad you did. P.S. it gets better after Day 4.....the pain goes away!

I dont know if you have one near you but I find alot of stuff at the Dollar Store....ours has a frozen food section and alot of times they get stuff that are brand name only because they are close to expiring.

1.I refuse to only eat "clean"....it may take awhile to get to goal but I love fattening greasy food! 2. Exercise and MFP has become an addiction for me..... 3. I log everything....I don't care what people think how I eat....and if they say mean crap then I ditch thier *kitten*!

If you are 500 plus pounds and cant walk....almost dying yes....only 100lbs overweighht...no.....I had 100lbs to lose 40 left....did it all with MFP help.....in 10-20 years what will become of these people who have the surgery...no one knows....most gain weight back anyway. It is in your head not your stomach. Must fix…
