my starting weight is 274....didnt get a chance to weigh in this morning due i woke up late and was running late for work...mondays might also be hard for me to do weigh ins because of me going back to school, but i will try my hardest to do it :)

i quit drinking pop in march of this year which was when i started this lifestyle change, ive lost 33lbs since march, and i drink juice, water, powerade, milk and flavored water, but i do have a pepsi once in a blue moon, and if i do drink pop its usually sprite or sierra mist, not very often do i drink dark pop

everything is fine in moderation, you cant completely cut all the bad stuff out, i still eat what i want, but i eat in moderation and i still lose weight, its all in the calories...so if you plan ahead for it and it still allows you to eat other stuff then i say go for it!!! :) and if you need to then you exercise it off!

starvation mode is when your not giving your body enough calories to function on, so if your eating under 1200 calories every day your gunna hit starvation mode and your gunna hit a platuea and not lose any weight

no problem, as long as your atleast getting in 1200 your fine, if your under 1200 mfp yells at you, but once in awhile is not gunna cause you to go into starvation mode, but as long as your atleast eating 1200 your good to go, good luck on your journey

as long as your not going below 1200 every day then you wont have to worry about starvation mode, but one or 2 times under 1200 is not gunna cause you to go into starvation mode, its when your repeatedly under 1200

i use the wii fit and just dance 2 and also zumba for the wii, love them all, havent tried to wii active but we have it

i know it seems like eating more is making you gain, but from what i heard we shouldnt be eating under 1200 due to that could cause you to go into starvation mode. but with eating 1200 cals or more and exercise and lots of water you should be able to lose the weight in no time, i have faith in you and know you can do it! :)

i have a sit down job as well, but i normally eat 1200 cals a day and i still lose weight, i would recommend atleast 1200 and youll still lose the weight cause if your eating below that youll go into starvation mode and not lose at all

why why why are you only eating 600 a day?!? that is not near enough and it will cause you to go into starvation mode and then you wont lose any weight...at the least you should be eating 1200

stackers are basically a otc diet pill. they boost your metabolism and help burn fat, and i take them since i work as a customer service rep, sitting down and taking calls all day doesnt include any exercise or burning cals, so they help lol

i have lost almost 30lbs using, mfp and the wii fit, and just dance 2 and i also have zumba for the wii, and i also have been taking stacker xplc's....but the wii is awesome and its very successful! :)

dont weigh yourself every day just weigh in once a week, youll see better results without the flucuation, cause our weight is always different every day!

i hear ya! i have 160lbs total to lose, but ive lost 27 so far, and still a long way to go, but at the slow rate im going which im ok with i wont hit my goal til september of next year! but slow and steady wins the race!!!

thanks for the replies, i just worry because ive lost 27lbs since march 16th and im not sure if that is too drastic or not, my goal every 2 months is 20lbs lost which i dont think is really that drastic, and im hoping to hit my main goal by september of next year, i guess maybe im just a major worry wart and stress about…

you dont want to weigh yourself everyday, you want to weigh in once a week. i used to weigh myself every day and was getting frustrating cause it kept flucuating. but seemed happier when i weighed in once a week :)
