Well, I've been drinking 6 glasses of water and 2 cups of coffee everyday for about 3 weeks and I am still in the bathroom all the time, plus at least 1-2 times a night. I also struggle with this, as well. I hate to be negative but at the same time I want to help them and I also want to have friends that are equally as supportive as I am for them. Sounds like your body is in starvation mode. Too many calories being burned and not enough fuel. Try eating more. I know it sounds crazy but it works!

The reason is, that there are very few 0 calorie foods. When in fact, most foods have 1-4 calories and are labeled as 0 calorie foods because of the FDA guidelines.
