Yep probs the best advice, just because it's 'late' doesn't mean your metablism will slow because it's not late to you it's early. - Just shift your routine. I work 2pm-10pm and my routine is 4 hours later than my partners.. :-)

Fruit juices are fine that are not concentrated.... Fresh juice, just drink the amount that equivalent to eating one peice of fruit :-) I like sugar free dilute pop/juice, I often add a little bit to water. Can you not get fruit flavoured water? Thats nice. :-)

I was the same!! Haha I have lost 6lbs in 2 weeks though and feel better already. Make yourself do it, and once you've started it's ok again. Fall backs are fine, we all have them at some point. Tortillas are high in cals, although they are thinner than bread they are deceiving! Just eat a sandwich if you want, bread is low fat just high carbs so if you stay active you'll be fine and the carbs won't stick around long enough to turn into fat. I hope this helps :-)

Trust me if you get chance to go on Holiday and work can support it then take it! The others might hate it but so what, trust me they would if they could!

Yep fruit is fine, just make sure you being a little bit active. Sugar is fuel and if it isn't burnt off and you're eating over the count then it's stored as fat, it works like carbs :-)

It's fab stuff I swear by it! Caffeine helps things move faster but it still has all it's great detoxing abilities! Less caffeine is better for you anyway! :-)

Wow what a crank! Kids can get fat, it's called puppy fat, big deal! Getting her child out of the puppy fat stage at just 5 years old is just tremendous! I wonder how long you have been active for - rudeness!

Milk, and try eating things that aren't acidic, it can be caused when eating too much fruit, not just unhealthy foods

Why should you have it open? It's to log your food not for everyone else to see what's in your digestive system. Personally mines open because I don't care but I understand people keeping theirs private,
