Homemade eggplant lasagna with mushrooms, some part skim ricotta, fresh garlic. Homemade pasta sauce. Weighed and measured every ingredient and it came in at 350 cal per serving, and it's a pretty good sized piece. I might add a garden salad.

I have a 1 liter Fiji water empty that is really sturdy and I keep refilling that. I always get 2 liters in usually, but sometimes 3.

Made home made mango avocado salsa for some fresh caught broiled Florida Red Snapper, and sautéed garlic shrimp. Also had a garden salad with goat cheese and Parmesan garlic dressing. It was good!

Last night was fresh Fl grouper broiled and some grilled shrimp with a large garden salad. Sitting outside in the beautiful weather made me indulge in some chilled white wine (bad me) It was soooooo good. Tonight will probably be the same sans the wine. =)

Yep my go to snack is Orville Redenbacher's 100 cal smart pop kettle corn. Just enough to satisfy my cravings. =)

Don't feel bad I had a one week vacation. Came back and had gained 10 lbs. Some of it was water, but talk about being bummed. Your little slip wasn't that bad and you got right back on the horse. Good job!
