That sounds GREAT!!

I agree on the logging. Unless I weigh and measure and log it is too easy to be guessing wrong. I am always amazed at how much I "judge" a portion to be and what it actually is on a scale or measuring cup. Also I make sure I record EVERYTHING to see it in black and white. When I go nuts and have a bad day I make myself log…

Yep keeping up the good effort. Quitting is not an option for me. =). Let's go team. We are on a roll!!

I kept my weekend pretty good because I always weigh in on Monday. That way I am forced to try to stay on track. I know what you mean about trying to compensate for indulgences. I do that too then I ask myself why did I eat that? The few moments of pleasure sets back all my hard work. I hope we all have a good weight loss…
-
Good advice and I totally agree. =)
-
Hey Erico.....long time no see. Where is everybody?
-
It is like a whole new life. I am so thankful to have a life back, and you are soooooo sweet for your comment. Thanks. =)

I just love this post, hearing everything you have overcome and being blessed with such a wonderful family and supporters. You are such an inspiration.
-
You are doing phenomenal!!! What an accomplishment and an inspiration!!
-
You're right baby. I know you were debating this one and I thought of you and was hoping you saw how she did it all without any gym equip. =)
-
Hmmmmm....... I always seem to want to side step cardio in favor of weight training. Because of that I am going to pledge to myself to do 10 miles of walking before next Wednesday in addition to my regular gym visits. If I accomplish that I think I will by myself that Biggest Loser Boot Camp book they showed tonight.
