That talk between Scott and Michael was heart wrenching. It was a good show. Shocked that Blake only lost 1 lb, but she looked great on the update. Damian looked really bummed when he got cut, but happy when he got to Comeback Canyon. I did housework during the commercial breaks.

I'll be doing housework during the commercials. Before you know it Thanksgiving will be here and I'd rather keep up on the housework now. LOL Blake sure looks happy at Comeback Canyon!!

Dropping some TV time and internet time worked well for me. I got to do a TON of research on clean eating, and found a lot of good recipes! Good challenge!
