the only time I get annoyed at my co-workers overindulgences is when the keep snarfing the cakes and donuts and then whine about their high blood sugar readings because they are all diabetic. I just don't get that.

chocolate seem to help my migraines most of the time. I eat some when I feel the migraine coming, if that doesn't work I put on some loose fitting dark sunglasses and get an ice pack for my head and pray for my work day to end soon.

I agree with you. I am that way about salad dressing. I just cannot do the low-fat versions because of the taste. cereal with almond milk but I eat at work on my break because I leave home so early I don't have time or inclination to eat before I go. I've tried to make a microwaved omelet at work, there a special dish you can get. 2 eggs and tiny bit of diced ham and cheese (or whatever you like in you omelets). Can't do that too…

I had the same thoughts about applebees' hamburger, its almost 900 calories. Maybe I am naive but I find it hard to believe that one burger patty and a bun has that many calories. I just get the plain burger since I don't like a bunch of odd things on my burgers.

I have a cat that gets jealous when I get on my bike. She either jumps up onto my lap or lays on the floor and tries to catch my feet as they go around. lol!

I work out from home. I feel more comfortable that way. Between my bike, exercise videos, and Zumba I have plenty of options to vary my routine.

I chose to go with spring rolls. I saw on a cooking show that egg rolls as we know them aren't served in Asian cultures. They serve spring rolls and the egg rolls that we know are the result of American insistance on super sizing. I think it was on Cooking Channel, so if the info is wrong blame them not me. ;)

I abso love almond milk, whether its in a bowl of cereal or a glass with a meal. I do keep cows milk for recipes that call for milk. I'm too scared that the sweet taste of the milk with ruin the taste of the food.
