I go to Premier Fitness at Carlingwood. It's a smaller gym I think, but perfect for myself and my husband. The hours work for our schedule, open 6am to 10pm during the week and 8am-6pm Sat, 9-5 Sun. My days are always pre-planned. I can tell you what I'm going to eat today, tomorrow, and the next day. It works for me. I've been doing it this way for about 5 months now.
