My favourite food is lasagna, with garlic cheese bread, yummmmmm... For snack kinds of foods... spicy doritos, chocolate covered almonds, gummy bears, skittles, POPCORN! And of course poutine... can't resist a good poutine! yumm!

One of my good friends is from Taiwan, she's about 5 feet tall, and usually weighs 125lbs and whenever she goes home to visit her parents and family they always remark on how fat she is. I love many kinds of apples. I was on a fuji kick for a while, now it's yellow delicious. They're GREAT baked in the oven with some cinnamon!

It's all about shape! I'm 5'3" and when I was at 256lbs I was wearing a size 18 pant. Right now at 202lbs I am wearing a loose size 14 pant.

My cousin is on month 2 with Jamie. She is always posting pics of her food and what not on FB. She's looking amazing, lots of people have done well. It's hard to stick to a plan of course, but from what I've seen if you can stick to it - it may be worth it! :) GL!

My husband is 6"3' and I'm 5"3', so he's definately got the height advantage. I am 202lbs right now, he's 320lbs right now. I've lost 54lbs, he's lost about 30lbs. I think I'm a bit more hard core for working out and eating well than he is. He's not bothered by losing it very slowly. I need to see results to keep me going.…

My lunch salad today was ... Assorted field greens, and spinach Chicken Pumpkin seeds Raisins Onion Grape tomatoes Cucumber Mushrooms Light feta cheese ...
