Ah, I could have written this post myself!!! I should buy stock in Dentyne sugar free gum, cause that's what I do at that time. I weigh in the mornings after I wake up, I go to the washroom, then come back in my room (where I keep my scale) lol .. and usually weigh while I'm wearing my underwear, sometimes without but usually with. They hardly weigh a thing so it doesn't bug me.

I was never a big pop drinker, however since all I drink now is water, I thought an occasional diet 7up with dinner would be nice. However, I found that I was bloated afterwards. That still doesn't stop me though, lol. I still enjoy it sometimes.

I eat low carb. My only 'bread' item is in the morning, I have a ww english muffin for breakfast. I do have carbs all day in form of veggies and my 1 apple though.
