That is one of the things I am most worried about while out! That is why I get up BUTT early to go out. lol. I figure the only people who are out are heading to work and are too busy trying to chug those last few dregs of coffee to give a hoot about me. Teenagers suck. Ignore them.

I am new to this as well. I have downloaded a stopwatch/timer app so I can better time workouts and reps. I started walking/jogging a few miles, and I'm going to be doing that M/W/F. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I'm going to shoot for atleast 30 minutes of strength/basics. Really all I know to do is lunges, sit-ups, push-ups,…

I've made two snack discoveries today: cheese sticks are only 50 calories each; and you can eat about SEVENTEEN of those little turkey pepperonies for 77 calories. Very likely not the healthiest choices, but as a compulsive snacker they hit the spot. lol

Agreed! I found the food database to be quite impressive! I will have to search around for some other apps to integrate with MFP. Edit: And, actually, my phone isn't the 'smartest' of the smart phones, so it was amazing to mey that the technolog even worked!
