The study about bras and breast cancer has been disproved many years ago. The reason for the findings was that it was mostly elderly women who wore bras at night and who are most prone to get breast cancer? Elderly women! It does not mean that those things are related.

From what I've heard it's a really good thing to wear your bra even at night. At least from a vanity standpoint. Gravity works at night too and to wear a bra all the time helps prevent saggy breasts. There is nothing harmful about wearing a bra 24/7 (maybe if you only use the "pushiest" of push-ups, I don't know) and it's…
