The less you have to lose in total, the slower it's going to come off... For example, if someone weighs 350 pounds then it wouldn't be a problem to lose like 5 pounds in a week... But someone that only weighs 140 with only 20 pounds to lose total, may only lose .5 - 1 pound per week. Maybe a 1.5 pounds.
