I have a fitbit. sharonda_harston@yahoo.com feel free to add me!

This is why I now do the daily weigh-in. No big build-up to each weigh in, it's just a normal part of my morning routine. That coupled with recording the results in Happy Scale to identify trends has completely eliminated my anxiety with the scale.

I second that bigger sizes require more loss to go down. I intend to work my way down the sizes I have in my closet. I've lost 30lbs and I can still wear my 18s. They don't fit well, definitely looser and require a belt, but I can still wear them. I have a few pair of 16s that I can currently wear, but the rest are a…

I don't have a date set for my ultimate goal, but I am a fan of setting dates for mini goals. In September I challenged myself to lose 10 lbs in a month. I got aggressive for that month and dropped 9.7 lbs. yeah I technically didn't reach my goal but it helped to keep me on track and served as extra motivation to add some…

Seems like a syncing issue then. Unlink the app and relink and see if that fixes it. If not contact MFP or Fitbug for assistance.

I don't use one and I've been steadily losing at what my MFP goals are set for. It's pretty easy to determine calorie count from packaged items. I'm not really concerned about overeating fruits and vegetables and meats I've used the deck of cards/palm of hand eyeballing method to determine size or just divide the package…

Check your activity level settings. If you're relying on your fitbug, I'd just change it to sedentary and let fitbug add cals, instead of setting a higher activity level and dealing with negative adjustments.

Get rid of your big clothes, don't save them for just in case. **I'm going to add an epiphany I just figured out these last few weeks. I have been able to wear my current size 18s for the last 30lbs. Yes, they are definitely looser, require a belt and/or don't fit well, but I still can wear them. No wonder I was able to…

I'm also one who "carries my weight well". My profile pic is around 220 and I'm 5'3". I can comfortably wear a 6 between 175-185 lbs which still puts me in the obese category. My body doesn't lose muscle easily, which is a good thing, but it makes weight loss more difficult since I lose far more inches than pounds. I agree…

I'm currently doing T25. I just listen to my body. Some days the 25 min isn't enough so I add something else. Some days I can barely fit in and/or have just enough energy and will to get through the 25. If you feel like you have the energy for more, and it doesn't derail your plans or progress i.e. you do so hard one day…

I don't log food and I eat whatever I want on weekends. I've been consistently losing 8-10lbs per month because I'm so diligent about staying within my caloric limits M-F and being active at least 5 days per week. I don't consider this cheating. It allows me to feel like a normal person to go to a nice restaurant or have a…

I finish up today. Took a little longer than 90 days for me because I took more rest days, and I didn't follow the diet plan, but I still lost 27lbs.
-
I'm down almost 30lbs and it wasn't until the last 5-7lbs that I really began to notice.
-
This is pretty much why I just log cardio machine exercises separately and not rely on my fitbit to monitor anything except for actual walking/running. Sometimes I'm using the handrails, sometimes my hands are on my hips, sometimes I'm using weights and doing overhead presses etc while on a treadmill/stepper/elliptical.…

I'm down! Add me in:)

Finishing my last Phase 1 workout in Jillian Michaels Body Revolution today. Officially down 10 lbs for the first month of this 3 month program. Not bad considering that TOM is this week and I always eat more, and move less during TOM. I try not to weigh myself during TOM, but didn't want to miss getting a reading at the…

I did T25 last year and enjoyed it. I didn't see much movement on the scales, but I definitely lost inches. I wasn't diligent about my diet though. I plan to do it again around December to tighten up for a vacation I plan to take.
-
I weigh myself everyday, but I only record it on my weigh-in days which are my rest days.
-
I agree with everyone else that's posted. I only eat back exercise calories if I'm hungry and never more than half of them.
-
I added this into the rotation for the month of November. I just finished day 3 of Level 1 this morning. Feel free to add.
