thank you 23 years is to long.. i've wasted over 10 years doing nothing but staying in my room i have ptsd and depression and i dont take meds so i just go one day at a time lifting weights has helped alot cause you can move mountains and forget for a small amount of time

if you want to grow then yes i trained 3 days a week then rode 20 miles a day or eod i did it backwards an i lost almost 3/4 inches on my biceps :sad: plus i was run down and injured my shoulder in the end muscles need time to recover and grow

check your b12 mine wasn't working at all so i take 5000mcg a day it helps alot thanks to my doctor she put me on 2500mcg but that did nothing so she upped it to 5000mcg better then having to get b12 shots
