you can log your exercise under "exercise" each day ... every sunday if you look at your "exercise" it will tell you how many calories you burned for the week. You can post it here then

L2D10 Done! Burned 294 Calories. Burned about 40 calories less than normal tonight??? I wonder if it's because Level 2 finally felt easy today... Too bad it was the last day of Level 2 =( I was started to enjoy it & not hate it anymore... scared for level 3!

I tried to do the 30DS and made it to day 11 & then I started to limp because of an old knee injury... So i started over with all of you... made it farther, L2D9... L2D8 Done! Burned 326 Calories. Level 2 isn't nearly as hard as it was on day 1 of Level 2! Yikes! ... Seems like everytime it starts to get better we get another Level and start the "hard" process all over again lol... i guess that's the point =P L2D9 Done! Burned 343 Calories.

One thing I've learned is that people don't want advice if they didn't ask for it. So I wouldn't tell her what you think unless she asks. Personally I don't agree with those situations so I'd just nicely tell her I didn't want to be involved or hear about it anymore.

August 1st I was 207.2lbs & yesterday I was 200.6lbs. That's 6.6lbs lost so far & I'm on L2D6! =D.... Need to do it twice today to make up for a day that I missed (not looking forward to doing it twice I have to admit. Plus I have physical therapy for my knee today too. Can't wait to burn all of those calories! WOOHOO! =D…

When my knee was sore the dr told me I could keep working out but to take 3 ibprophen 3x a day... 9 sounds like a lot in a day, so I didn't do it, but I'm sure it would have helped =P I would start out taking less than that though if you do go that route

How do you count how many lbs you lose? I know that sounds stupid but this is what I mean... August 1st I was 207.2lbs but then I went up to 210 for a few days, and now I'm at 201.4lbs So can I count the pounds I gained too... Did I lose 5.8lbs, or did I lose 8.6????? I'd like to think 8.6 HA!

L2D5 321 Calories burned So glad I'm half way through Level 2. I can't stand this level.... But should I be excited it's half over? I'm not so sure I know what I'm getting into with Level 3 yet. So as much as I want Level 2 to come, I'm not sure if I'd rather it stay over Level 3.

I felt like that the first time I did the shred.... You could be burning the fat & it's making muscle, there for you look better, but not a big change in measurements of weight =) Did you take a picture before the Shred?

Muscles weighs more than fat, so you may be burning the calories, but it could be replacing the fat with muscle. Could explain why you're gaining.

Level 2 sucks... I think I do modified versions of the modified revisions LOL Yet I burn about 30+ more calories on this level than I did on Level 1, and I take WAY more breaks. Not understanding that at all. I feel lazy while I'm doing the work out because I know I'm not even close to do everything right =/ L2D3 DONE!…

Okay, I guess I can be 185 at the highest. Something about the mass body index has to be lower than 30. I can't be considered obese. So that's only 17.8 lbs away! =D We go to Jamaica in 9 weeks, I should be 185 by then. HA! Maybe I'll make another "vacation" baby LOL

L2D2 today, burned 348 calories. I didn't take as many breaks, I think because I used 3lb instead of 5lb weights most of the time. My 1yr old is adorable, when i do the arm crosses for warming up, he does them too. And when I lay on my back to do the crunches, he always has to come lay down on my tummy with her arms…

I feel the exact same way. I would do Level 1 and have so much energy after. Now I do Level 2 and feel completely exhausted after. I also have no motivation to do it. =P
