Sure, anyone can join =) To answer the other question someone else asked, to join, you just do the workout everyday & post how you did/feel. =) It's more of a support group than anything. I honestly couldn't do all 30 days straight, with no breaks, If I didn't have all of these people cheering me on.

That's a GREAT idea! I'm glad someone thought of that, because if I don't plan ahead for that day I'll have gone over for sure! =P You can look at my Wednesday if you want. I may change a few things though... Left some calories out so I can some room for "snacks" I might find that day.

Instead of just stopping with the arm movements this is what I do... When I can't lift my arms up anymore I drop them down and use the weights differently. I will have my arms straight down then pull them up like you would a bucket. Now sure how to explain it. ... But I hope that helps!

I use 5lb weights for everything... except the side lunges with arm raised, those get 3lb LOL

I'm getting the 290-300 each time. But I'm 5'6" and 207lbs, I'm in bad shape. I think the more fit you are the less you burn because your body doesn't have to work as hard.

Soooo jealous, I wish i got those results after 5 days! So lucky! Great job, you must be working hard, and it's paying off!!! Also jealous of the answer your hubby gave you. It's amazing that he talks to you like that =) You're very lucky!

Didn't do Day5 yesterday, so I'm going to do it this morning, and then doing it this evening also. That way i'm back on track =) Favorite exercise of L1: Anything on the floor (makes me feel like I'm getting a break) Leave Favorite exercise of L1: Side lunges with arm raises!

Day 4 done! Just thinking that tomorrow is half way through level 1 makes me very happy! =) Is anyone doing the Shred for the 2nd time?
