That sounds about average, however, it's not the numbers on the scale that matter, it's the measurements you have and your level of health.

Drink a lot of water and unsweetened green tea, get lots of rest, have a couple shots of rum the night before the weigh in. The rum will also help with water weight, just make sure you rehydrate afterward.

No, you are right, *by equal volume* muscle would be heavier, yes because of the density. People usually just go by density because it's easier than explaining it.

When I realized my baby boy was 4 months old and even though I'd gone right back down to pre-pregnancy weight after having him, over those 4 months, I'd gained back 25 pounds and weighed only 5 pounds less than the day before I gave birth to him and was the largest I'd ever been while not pregnant.

Salads, lasagna, macaroni and cheese, on spaghetti and goulash, cheese ravioli, on eggs, on french fries, on fish. Love it! Oh and I also eat it plain, too.

I hear tanning works for some people. I don't tan but I try to get as much exercise as possible since since it releases endorphins. I try to keep the curtains open as much as possible also.
