10 since February 2014. 15 pounds if you include the extra 5 I gained by changing my eating habits to match what I needed to adjust my metabolism. 45 to go!

Your body type, I'm not sure, from what I can tell but can't see your shoulders, you look like an hourglass, she is an inverted triangle (also known as the strawberry) which is a fairly uncommon body type.
-
Are all of those pictures you? If your goal picture is not you, there is always the possibility you may never look like that. Not because of your weight, but your body type could be different altogether. I suggest not trying to set another person's body as a goal. If you want to lose, eating at a calorie deficit is the way…

Be entirely created and exist in 2-dimensional aspects....?

Yes, I may be new, however I'm not new to debating, which we are. I don't think you are seeing what I'm saying. I AGREE with you, but everyone seems to be hung up on my sympathy for the OP. I've not said anywhere that she should just give up on trying to love her body, not once. I only tried to defend her against those who…

Are you being intentionally obtuse? Because if you aren't, you missed my point entirely. I'm saying there's nothing wrong with her genes, she's just frustrated. Therefore, if someone was just frustrated with their computer or car and there was nothing wrong with it, they may have possibly called it stupid or crappy or…

Ack! I don't know why the quotations aren't working for me. Either way, you can disagree with me, or not. All I'm saying is that yes, she may have chosen the wrong wording for her post, I'm not denying that. I do however, sympathize with her frustrations. Also, about taking up "my problem with what certain posters say", I…

^^^^ Really? The didn't? Did you read the thread?
Maybe she's working "hard enough", maybe she isn't. Know what's NOT working? Saying that she's "cursed" with bad genes. It's not helping even one thing.
I'm sure you've never, ever been frustrated in your life and gotten mad at something not working the…

And yes, there are more, but I'm not going to go back and C&P all of the ones that don't say "work harder at acceptance". I didn't misinterpret anything. I'm not saying anyone has crap genes. She'll get it eventually, I just don't see the point of going off all "do better" for having a vent.
"Work at what, exactly? Lots of exercise to combat your overeating, or are your ancestors actually holding you down and shoving food in your mouth? " ---- The 2nd one is also a quote, that for some reason didn't work.
No one is saying she isn't working hard enough. All anyone is saying is that her attitude towards her own particular set of circumstances isn't very productive.
^^^^ Really? The didn't? Did you read the thread?

The point is, it's not about being lazy, she's not complaining about her "crap genetics" keeping her from losing weight, she's complaining it's keeping her from losing in CERTAIN AREAS. That's not about "not working hard enough" that's about you.can't.spot.target. Goodness gracious, heaven forbid someone needs a vent about…

That was my point.

Smirnoff Ice at over 200, or those stupid JJ's fruit pies! Over 400 calories for one!

I can't wait until that day I can look down from my pedestal and tell those who are struggling with acceptance of areas that they "can't target lose" from and tell them they aren't working hard enough. I mean, even someone at "perfect" % could want larger/smaller/whatever and wish it was a little bit different, but I guess…

Personally, I think you should do it manually, FitBit calculates calories burned by motion sensor and doesn't have a heart rate monitor built in, your HRM would most likely be more accurate for calorie burn.

My 4th is almost 5 months old. After I had him, I went right back to pre-pregnancy weight just from nursing, but during labor, I'd torn a ligament in my leg and had a really bad recovery where I couldn't move very well and my husband went back to work so I was cooking too much processed junk because it was hard to stand in…

These are also used for children with Autism and who are on the Autism Spectrum. Many children with Autism also have Sensory Processing Disorder or Sensory Integration Disorder and can only be settled/comforted by being wrapped tightly. Other times when they have fits or episodes, it's very likely they can injure his or…

Judith is still alive, the grave with the baby shoes was from the original owners of the house. That's why there was a crib in the living room and the shoes on the grave marker were bronzed. I don't think Judith has shoes.

90% of them are already following the tracks to Terminus, I believe they will meet up again. I'm excited for the arrival of Abraham into the story, I'm also wondering at what point they will be bringing Negan in. Robert Kirkman said it's too soon for him to be introduced, so if not at the sanctuary, how and what's going to…

They say money can't buy happiness, but money can buy bacon and bacon makes me happy, therefore money CAN buy happiness.
