Im on 80 today. You can warm up first but you should stretch after. Stretching is a cool diwn and if you rekax your muscles before working out you can hurt yourself

If the things you're forgetting to log are calorie dense....I'm sorry but I don't buy this. Be honest with yourself and you'll see a change. Unless your scale is broken?

Hey, I'm Patty....I have been working towards recovery for years. I always feel just one drink away from *kitten* up everything. I have been drinking heavily since I was 14, and older men love drunk teenagers so I always had someone to buy for me. I'm now 30. Working through it.

I make the best smoothies. I don't measure anything and just throw a ton in! Bananas Chia Spinach Berries Frozen fruit Yogurt, sure Peanut butter, awesome Line, go for it Smoothies are the best cause they're so easy. That or I'm magical
