I'm thinking of doing that. I have a HUGE tub of it I bought and use it mostly for cooking and pulling. I'm just afraid of the mess : / that stuff can get everywhere.

Not true. There have been plenty of colleges and tech schools I've seen where they do not have a fitness center. and I have yet to see one that's free. Mine charges 30 a semester, not including a locker. I believe one respondant of this thread mentioned their is 50. Whereever you are, never move, because you're apparently…

Hi! Also a college student, and a First Time, single mom. I work out about 3xs a week for an hour and a half. I go to my colleges fitness center. My school even has a class you can take for 1 credit, and it grades you on consistency, so you have to go or fail the class. Awesome motivator. Also, watching what you're eating…

Did you try any of their other products? if so, what did you think?

I looked into Herbalife too. It seems like a good consept...but.......when the guy talked about the products, it literally sounded like he was addicted. Like....he explained how panicked he was when he ran out of something and literally used the shaking hand gesture tweakers get when they're coming down. It might've just…

Congrats! Firstly. Secondly, Celiac?

I'm tall as well and I think it's the same thing. I was my smallest at a size 16, 250lbs, after I got pregnant and gave birth I gained about 50lbs but was a size 22.

So as long as I'm seeing results with lifing and increasing my weights the fast twitch will get there?

I've seen both, been given exercises to do which I incorporate into my workouts. Sadly, my insurance wont cover anything that would actually tell me if it's a real problem (like cartalidge or ligaments. I believe it's a overstreached ligament on my one knee, it wants to hyperextend all the time and even with the exercises…

Man uncool with the no exercise equiptment AND no gym. So sorry : ( Usually, if you can access any gym. The idea is to do either two-three days a week nonconsecutivly as whole body workouts or 4-6 days a week alternating body parts. I sometimes do one on one week and one on another. Probably bad, but I'm lucky to get…

I think going raw is a wonderful idea, our bodies really are made to handle food like that. Although we've been cooking it for thousands of years, what were we doing before that? Oh yea, eating it raw. Do what feels right for you girl! A lot of these people are just trolling, and some are just not open minded enough to…

Id like everyone to know I'm a HUGE foodie, and am perv'n on all your food photos. Perv, perv, perv - YUM

I just starting using my diary today. Looking at it wouldn't give you a good idea at all, it's very incomplete. I was hitting roughly 2300 calories a day, but last week I worked out 5 days that week, and overdid it on calories two day (by how much? Idk, went out to eat at a local mexican resturant) and only lost 5oz. So I…

Usually what I will do is make a dish as simply as possible and then add things for my plate vs. everyone elses. With my husband, Id make a italian pork and noodle soup. So for his portion I'd cook the meat, set some aside for him, cook the noodles, set some aside for him, and then make the soup itself. Then he could…

Bonus: They already can't have a lot of stuff that is unhealthy for them. Question: What kind of picky are we dealing with? I've dealt with a few kinds. My husband wouldn't eat nearly any vegetation, he'd eat what I like to call "man foods" (aka steak, potatoes, more meat, some more meat, and the occasional peas,…

Thank you so much!

I found one at Bed Bath and Beyond, a Biggest Loser brand that met everything. I plan on getting it, but if anyones heard anything bad about it please let me know.

It would actually just be for breakfast, as I've stated I don't usually have time in the morning to make or really stomach solid food. And I believe depending on the ingredients it can be very healthy. It's why I asked about recipes and store bought mixes.

I'm so glad to hear someone else uses whole milk. I have a shaker, just can't afford the protine powder right now.

My inital goal is really just to lose 80-100lbs. Building muscle is also a goal, but partly because I don't seem to lose weight any other way. I currently am frustrated because I had a nasty diasis reci after giving birth in 2012, I thought I had fixed it, but all of a sudden my waist got 2" bigger after a week of heavy ab…

Agreed! There is one move I did where you put your hands behind your head and kinda...curled? your body in. To do it like the instructor I had to make sure to flex my abdominals, otherwise my torse wouldn't curl. The idea is just follow the movements, also keep in mind to go at your limit. I have bad knees and a bad hip,…

The whole point of Zumba is to essentially burn a whole **** ton (up to 1,000) of calories through a lot of cardio mixed with a few bodyweight exercises (like squats). The ultimate goal is to have fun, and dance! Like you, I do sometimes feel out of place, especially if I can't get the move right. If you can let go of the…

I've been eyeing blendtec or vitamixes forever. But sadly, my budget it so tight, that if I went out and purchased one, I wouldn't have any income for about three to four months. I'm currently living off school loans and my daughters benefits, it puts me at about $800 a month for income. I currently have a ninja, which…

That's sometimes my issue, but I've noticed pairing fruits with a very sweet flavor with the veggies helps. Pineapple washes nearly any other flavor out to me most of the time. So if I do make a smoothie and veggies go in, so does pineapple.

Thank you! I'll take a look at them : )
