I'm in. My goal is 65 miles. :D And I think a spreadsheet is a great idea!

No veggies and no fruit..of course it's not healthy. But I think you already knew that.

I have been through this. I completed the C25k and then got sick and took about 6 weeks off. When I tried to come back it was hard so I let life get in the way and didn't run all summer. I started the program over at about week 4 and completed it in about a month, skipping workouts here and there when it was feeling too…

45 miles down. Going to be a push to the finish but I'll make it!

Oh goodness my worst was falling on my face. I was running along a very pretty mountain road and not paying attention (as usual). The next thing I knew I had stepped off of the road and was falling. I was thinking to myself "Man my hands are going to get beat up!" I put them out to catch myself and they didn't work! I just…

This may not be the place to get the information you are seeking but there are many sites that do support fasting where you could get the help. Google is a wonderful thing! I have dabbled with fasting and actually enjoyed it to a degree. Youtube also has many juice fast resources. :D Good luck!

27 Miles so far runing/walking/hiking. :D

I think I'll shoot for 60 miles or just run/walk. Here's hoping I can do this!

I use Runkeeper as well. It tracks your distance, elevation, route and pace and calcs your calories as well as allows you to listen to music at the same time. You are able to pre pick a route as well and they have recently introduced goals/achievments to keep you motivated. Using the app on my phone is the easiest way.…

I used to play...gettting itchy to break it out again. I'm on Deathwing and have multiple 85's. I run 2 mains, a N.E. Arcane Mage (for random achievs and collecting stuff) and a Draenai (sp?) Disc Priest strictly for raiding.

I find that when I run with someone shorter than me I do tend to out pace them...but when I run with my fiance he out paces me, even though I am in better shape and have been running much longer than him. It's simple...longer legs take longer strides. Now this isn't saying that short people can't run fast, they just have…

I actually exceeded my goal! I'm in for next month as well...but I must remember to raise the bar higher for myself this time.

Check their website. They have a full menu up including the nutritional breakdown so you can plan your meal before you go. :D

Keep in mind that by simply being female you will always have a degree of a 'tummy'. The models that you see have starved themselves to get rid of it. In my opinion it is not worth it. Love the tummy. :D Most men think it's adorable anyway.

Feel free to add me as well. :D I am just starting back into running. One month in and planning to run a 10k in September/October and hopefully a half marathon next summer.

On a serious note. Yes you will loose weight from your pubic area. You won't probably notice until you get down to a decent weight ie: the high end of your recommended idea weight range or close to it. If you loose a tonne of weight but are still quite overweight you may not notice a change.

The problem is that large boobs make a person sore. Your back/shoulders hurt (even with a proper fitting bra) and they get in the way. Not to mention they are hard to strap down when you want to exercise. I have a 29'' waist and am a 32DD. They are a pain...literally. XD
