Yep! I generally conquer it by making a patty out of Jennie-O 99% lean turkey meat instead of beef and eating it on a whole wheat bun with a whole lot of veggies. The amount of calories you save is unreal, and (in my opinion) it tastes way better than a greasy restaurant burger.
