Another 2.6 lbs gone for a total of 15 since challenge start. 15/20 I am curious if once I achieve the 20 lbs loss if I can keep up the momentum and lose a bit more. I hope so

No right or wrong answer. taking it slowly and not seeing results, might discourage some. Also going in and doing lots of exercise and not losing due to water retention might discourage others. Being too restrictive and ending up with a huge binge doesn't help either. I just follow the recommendations MFP is giving me and…

January was very good to me too. Another 1.1 lbs lost. January total loss 12.4 I just hope February will be nice to me too :)

I hear you. I am so sick of losing the same kg's over and over and over and over again and somehow I always end up with more to lose. How is that possible? :o This time I will stick to it until I get rid of the excess weight.

We are now a month in and yes, the hype of the new year resolution is past me, but i will try to make this work even if I have good and bad days. Such is life. I just promised myself that I will give my best this year and I will give my best. With ups and downs :)
