I pretty much did the EXACT same thing, kind of gave up and did whatever.....I gained 3 pounds back....so needless to say...I'm BAAAAAAACCCKKKK :) hang in there! you can do it!!! :happy:

Thank you so much! I always thought that lower weight and more reps were the way to go....I'm going to try out doing some heavier weights with fewer reps and see how that goes! thank you! i am also going to check out that site!

I'm going to talk to me doctor about this - I need to increase my sex drive, I feel horrible when I never want to and my fiance always does! Thank you for posting!

wonderful, thank you so much! I have actually started bringing a chart with me to the gym and tracking what I do, and that seems to help a lot so I'm not guessing. I have been good about staying under my calories, but should probably look into more foods higher in protein

I guess I don't know if I would really call it a program. I go to the gym and lift weights....do arms and legs (alternating days) using the weight machines, not so confident with the free weights since I typically go alone, and do some sort of cardio about 5 days a week

i had a pair of shape-ups....they were ok for a while, but then they started to hurt my knees a LOT....hate them now
