It happens to everyone. I have a some strong feelings for a girl I see at work but I've already been rejected due to us "working together" although we work for different companies in a different area. We're "friends" but I still want more. Supid friend-zone :grumble:

I found it hard at first too. But I'm also a foodie and I soon realized that the harder I work my tail off in exercise the more I get to eat! and the scale keeps going down week after week. It's good motivation to get off the couch and do something!

I wouldn't necessarily consider it bad. As long as you're eating enough and exercising then I don't see too much of an issue. I bought an exercise bike at 312 lbs even though it was only rated for 250. It works wonders for me as I can just sit in front of the tv and pedal away. It helped with dropping the lbs so that when I started running there wasn't so much pressure on my knees/ankles/etc. I would definitely recommend the investment

I like it and eat it for breakfast quite frequently. Just look at my ticker, it's worked so far...... Vanilla & Strawberries and Maple & Brown Sugar are my faves........banana nut yuck!
