I think everyone is probably in the same boat. As for my friends and coworkers, they have all been really supportive. I still like to go out to social functions and whatnot, but for me it's just about making the right choices. I drink the low carb beers (Canadian 67 is the best IMO) and just try to make better food choices.

That's hilarious! One of my coworkers (female) was having a chat with him and asked him what he did for work...he said "I play basketball" and she replied "oh, is that lucrative?" ROFL......it almost brought me to tears because she had no idea who he was!

57lbs is a huge success! I know that sometimes I'll look at the scale and see that my progress has slowed (it's just natural) or I'll look in the mirror and think "Wow, I've still got a gut" but then I'll look again and see that I don't have the flab hanging over my belt and the double chin is gone......that's what helps…

My worst was at McDonalds and included a 20pc McNuggets, 4 cheeseburgers, a super-size fries, Root Beer and a McFlurry........that was a long time ago but it still makes me sick even thinking about it. My brother still gives me a hard time about that one, lol

I'd give the stationary bike a go. I've been using mine for about 6 weeks now and I'm really starting to notice my legs looking a lot more toned......just a thought

Yes, it IS possible but probably not recommended. I've found that exercising every day has changed not only my body but my mood as well. I feel good, I get compliments and I've noticed the inches coming off moreso than the actual weight. I even noticed how toned my legs seem to be getting and that puts a smile on my face.…
