I'm a 36DDD and I generally find the most support by wearing two. One larger size, and the one on top smaller. This works especially well when you're running or something where you'll be bouncing around, like cross fit or some such thing. Good luck!

I like doing Tito's Vodka (if available) with soda water and an orange wedge. Frickin refreshing. Crush up some mint leaves if you've got em and put those guys in there too. **begins daydreaming about happy hour** :drinker:

I don't really understand all of these comments about them being a waste of calories. ...I mean, does every calorie that you deposit in your face have to pack a nutritional punch? Sometimes the value of the thing is that it simply tastes good - not that it has 20 grams of protein and 20 grams of fiber. *shrug* Just sayin'.…
