I was wondering the same thing. Every morning I fill up a 42 oz cup with iced tea. Yes, I'm top heavy also. I used to wear 2 bra's to work out in, but bought a Champion (someone on this thread already mentioned) and now I can jog with only 1 on! I can't say that it's the most comfortable, but I wouldn't call any bra comfy. I prefer nothing. Duh, sorry about that last TMI

Made my own version this morning. Used 1/2 scoop pure protein power 1 cup of silk soy 1/2 cup of oatmeal 2 tbps of raw honey 2 cups of water 1/4 cup of mixed berries yields a giant 32 oz cup + extra = 478 calories IT'S DELISH! Thanks for sharing!

LOL. I have these awesome pair of jeans (funny, they are probably not in style anymore :(, but who cares) Anyway's, they used to fit like a glove. I can get my legs in them....that's it. Not any further. I want to be able to wear them with confidence again! I'll get there, determined this time!
