Your story is a huge inspiration to me which is why i pretty much begged you for a friend add :) It is so helpful to see kick @$$ women who pushed through seeing little to no progress and end up pretty much insanely awesome. THANK YOU!

I JUST discovered that I have been using wrong form with the OHP :( I didn't understand why a person needed to drop their head forward. Now I get it. So.. I am not sure what muscles I have been working, but I guess I've been doing it wrong. Not sure how this will impact the weight I have been using..

I'm 47. 4'10". Have had three kids. Perimeno ish. I was eating at 1200 and couldn't lose more than trading the same pound or two back and forth. I tried at 1350. One pound every few weeks maybe. My only change has been raising cals to TDEE-20% (which for me is 1600) eating according to macros (High protein, high fat and…

It takes good planning and forethought to hit your macros period.. and then to have enough calories left over to have treats after making sure you hit your macros takes more. I think it is freaking brilliant. I am fully in charge of whether I get ice cream or not based on how I managed the rest of my day.

My armchair belief is that it seems pretty obvious that some people have an easier time with weight than others, but so what? I have an easier time doing well on tests and getting into leadership positions than others. My daughter has an easier time creating prolific art than others. We all have things that come easier to…

* I wore a size L top to the gym instead of something I was swimming in (hiding in). * I am fairly sure i am down a full size in pants.. but I don't have any jeans in that size yet. * I hit PRs in nearly every lift I did in the gym yesterday and focused hard on the muscle group I was aiming to train. * I haven't quit.

My partner and I work out together three days a week on a set schedule. If we feel that we need to make an alteration, we have to discuss and negotiate it as we are keeping each other accountable to stay on track. Typically one of my two teen sons will join us on any given day as well. I suspect my daughter, when she comes…

I can see this being so. Sorry about their profits .. That said, how about having those menus available for those who ask for them and not circulate the technical ones? I don't need a flashing billboard with the data. I just want it available!

It is impossible to know if the cook tossed a cube of butter into a dish you think you know what it contains. I am a high maintenance consumer who always asks for *this* to be held or *that* to be subbed, but you really just don't know what's in there without adequate info. I ordered an item at a stand where they assured…

I make restaurant choices based on the information I can find on their options. I prefer local and higher quality options, but if I have to guess if there is going to be wheat in my dish resulting in my losing two days of work, I will stay home or choose an option where the info is published or the staff cares about such…

The true key is if she gives you long gazes while you cook. Have you tried bringing her candy and texting her incessantly?

Just.. constantly.

Hold me.

SIGH fine. Work it is.

You know what is really sustainable for me effortlessly? Being fat. So counting, weighing, measuring, watching macros it is.

What's all the cruel fun? This is fan fiction. At least that is what I am writing about. Geez.

goodmorning... I think she would have. Even if it was an accidental whoopsie that still hurts her to this day. (ahhhhh it's all making sense now...)

I prefer the old adage: If you love something set them free. If they don't come back, hunt them down and *stalk* them.
