actually these make sense to me and these are the weightloss guidelines i follow. it works well for me not to eat multiple meals per day as i will tend to binge. i like to eat at least one vegetable bulked meal per day as that fills and satisfies me without feeling like i am always hungry

i know i cannot wait til i weigh 143. i am the same height as you. i say it is time to see a therapist. it is hard to give support to someone who has a such a distorted view on their weight. many women would be thankful to to be your weight. including myself/ good luck.

you are about my height and starting weight and i walk as my main form of exercise. i enjoy it i am seeing great progress. i will wear my toddler on my back to boost my difficulty.

depends on your age and the health of your skin but i would much rather have some skin hangage then be obese again. i was about your starting weight too. my inner thighs are slightly jellowy and i will have a small stomach apron when i hit my goal weight of 135. i am 40 and i think i look pretty darn good.

the point that is trying to be made here is do what you feel is best to achieve weightloss for you without worrying about this "mythical" starvation mode taking over. i do not calorie count but i eat one meal a day, watch the amount of fat and sugar i eat.. i eat super foods like apples and berries. take natural fiber…

join a survivor reality show where you are marooned somewhere, otherwise you are setting yourself for a big disappointment. in all honesty, slow weight loss is better than no weight loss. good luck.

is it wrong to ask if you still have that long tail?

those arms look better than mine! congrats.

new undies from victoria's secret. that is a lonnng way from the 'just her size" panties.

i hate the term "skinny" it is just as offensive as calling someone fat. i know it was meant to be a compliment but i think using that word is a huge double standard

gimmick! the lose weight quick with magic beans, potions and gimmicks is a big money maker. alot of people want the magic cure and not actually work for their weightloss. sigh...
-
i get told i look 10-15 years younger. i feel younger too.
-
fantastic! you can see the progress in your arms and backside.
-
great job! you got this :)
-
does that matter? and yes you can do both at the same time. most babies dont suckle non-stop for 60 minutes though.

not true!

i fit into size 14 shorts this last weekend. down from a 22. i now have a bmi of 29.4 classifying me as only overweight instead of obese.
-
i am confused here. how does this fit in the success forum? this story almost makes me afraid to become a grand parent one day.
-
i think either suit is great but you do have a nice stomach that looks flattering in the 2 piece. plus it is a very well fitted and supporting bikini.

about 6 weeks in i noticed my body changing. that is when the NSVs started rolling in. to me that is the best part of weight loss success.
-
you are beautiful!
-
i supplement these into my diet too. i find making my own veggie stir fries to be the most filling and satisfying.
-
so how does this pill teach you how to eat healthy in the long run instead of it just killing your apatite? will the weight stay off after you quit the belviq? i am leary of any "magic" bean cure all for weight loss.

perfume, smaller clothes, makeup.i want my hair done next. anything to makes that new you look better. my ultimate gift to myself will be a breast lift and tummy tuck after being in maintenance for two years.

i love that dress on you in your before pic.

it is a real eyeopener.

i guess i left it on purpose so people could see what a thoughtless twit he was and proof of the wake up call i needed. i am not really mad at him as i was more upset with myself for abusing my body. i look forward to sharing my after photo with him most of all.

why comment then? your opinion of my thread was a tad bit rude.keep scrolling if you dont like the thread.

was a 44????? the band fit but the 4D cup was 2-3 sizes too small. i am now a 38J. after being properly sized i was shocked at how small my ribcage is for my weight/height but even more shocked at the cup size, they have shrunk tremendously but still too grossly huge. i have 50-60 more lbs to go. i believe my ribcage will…
