Its great you guys are confident. There are so many studies to prove all points and I am not narrow minded I accept other peoples opinions. I see a personal trainer and a nutritionist once a week I simply stated what they told me worked for me. Good luck with your weight loss. Bye

Eating more will speed your metabolism. Also it depends on what your calories are. Are they healthy nutritious calories or empty calroies? Also you can be building muscle which weighs more than fat. Keep in mind the scale does not tell the whole story I gained 5 lbs and lost an inch in my waise. Keep your chin up.

I am looking into a new hrm as well I have a sport line. It worked weel when I got it it seems to have a short life. I was looking into one for continuous wear one that is also an activity tracker that u can use with or withoutthe strap but all I have got is people who are very opinionated on my posts

I go to the gym every day I walk on thr treadmill and I lift weights I was running but I hurt my knee so now I have to take an easy :( good luck dont be afraid to lift.. Muscle burns fat.
