Ok, good. Thanks Jenny! I kinda thought that's what it was but I wanted to be sure. Now I just have to figure out how to get more calories in. Yesterday I was a little over 300 short and today I'm over 500. I guess some milk and peanut butter toast later should do the trick. Trial and error, trial and error. LOL

OK, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to sabotage my weight loss. I'm also finding it tough to consume 1200 calories a day with exercise. I'm not a big eater it's just that what I ate before was always unhealthy.

I think it depends on where you hold your weight too. I tend to have a pretty big belly so although I may lose 10-12 pounds, I can still be in the same pants size. On average I believe that is the number but it just all depends.

Well, to count my calories I'm going to use My Fitness Pal. But also, what I did in the past, was have like maybe 10 or so set things that I would eat all the time so I always knew how many calories they had in them. For me, eating mostly the same things works better.

Hi Anna!! I'll be your buddy if you'll be mine! I think maybe one of my biggest failures last year too was that I didn't have a buddy to help me. I had a friend who would work out with me but she wanted no part of dieting. We can do this!
