i went from 8 coffee a day to only 2 a day, and replaced the rest with water. Its hard the first week but afterwards you will be fine! Just bring it down slowly. or start drinking all black without sugar.

she wants to lose 100 in total, she is 40 LBS aways from reaching the 100 goal? Thats what i am thinking. if she needs 40 LBS to go she has exact 6 more weeks from today. that would be 6.666666666 lbs a week. I dont think its possible
