Well, that's just with you not ddoing anything. If you are not active, multiply it by 1.2, if you are lightly active, 1.3-1.4 Moderate: 1.5-1.6 and extremely: 1.7-1.8. In the begining it may be fine, but a few days of doing so will put a damper on you. I used to eat about 800-900 cals a day. I almost fainted because of it. I couldn't see, hear, or stand. It was awful. :[ It's unhealthy to ea under 1200 cals a day....

I heard bench pressing helps. :D The exercise ball helps too, like sit ups on that and pilates helps.

1. The rain... I love to go swimming and it literally ruins my exercise routine! 2. The weekend.... we are so busy on the weekends and we just pick up dinner from fast food places... 3. Restaurants.... When they give you bread to snack on while waiting for your food.... D:

I figured that they were off, I went swimming last week and it said I burned 1200 calories. I highly doubt that.

I do too! I used to just eat when I am hungry (Before the weightloss) but now, before each meal, I look at the calories, the fat content, etc. I calculate how much of the food I am eating. (Measure the servings out). I must check how much calories I have taken in, and if I should exercise more to burn off extras. It's bad,…
