I am 5'5" and my goal is 136 on the dot. My doctor said that is the perfect healthy weight for my height, age, and body type. Who knows, when I get there, I may add lbs or deduct a few. :)

Hmmm, maybe you can try swimming (that involves a lot of pulling of water which can tighten them up. Or push ups. Oooor what I used to do when I had P.E. was, wave your arms in a circular motion 100 times forward, then reverse 100 times. :))

My diet that week was- skipping breakfast and lunch and pigging out during dinner (about a 700 cal dinner a night) then a snack around 11 pm or so. I have no idea how people can live like that. I'm not in this thing, but I have an August Birthday~! I will be 17 on the 17th haha. I plan to be in the 160s or so. I have been consistantly losing 10 pounds a month so I figured that I would continue doing just that.

I went from 211 to now 185, I didn't see a huuuge difference until I tried on old clothes, and until I looked at old pictures of me- I couldn't believe how big I was!
