Oh~! At McDonald's (I know, I'm dieting and I still eat there, sue me! >:| ) they have the bacon-ranch salads, they are very low cal if you get the grilled chicken version. I don't know the exact cal. but i know it's under 400. Which is surprising for MickyD's.

I do this too, maybe you should just on your hungry days- drink a lot more water than normal- it will fill you up and won't cost any un-wanted calories. Excercise a lot on these days too, instead of a 2 mile walk/jog, go for 3 or 4, yes it will cause you to want to eat- but for some reason when I do this I eat less than if…

With me, I am not really consistant in calorie intake one day it'll be a huge diiference, the next will be 2 pounds lighter. that would be a good idea to track it, just to see how accurate it is! :laugh:
