Thanks guys. The worst of my pain has passed, so I did a walking DVD today and feel good. I'll make sure to slowly ease back to the 30DS when I feel fully ready. I just try to do too much sometimes!

I love Body Pump...I am going to try to make it to the class more than once a week though! If I can't, I will just buy the home set and supplement the class with it. Combat looks cool, but I'm not really into kickboxing, so it's not my thing. I can see why others love it though!
