KimR_1986 PW =290.5 CW=287.0 Sorry I have not been around, busy taking care of sick kids has been all time consuming. Did almost no exercise all week but kept calories close to or just slightly over all week.

Hi same boat with trying to lose the baby weight, my youngest is 8 months. I always find the pre pregnancy weight the hardest to lose, but now I've stacked together 3 kids worth it. I baby wear too and it does do a number on me but it does get easier as I get used to his currently 25lb wiggling load. But we can do this!

Hi there, 135lbs to lose here to get me into at least the low end of overweight. Please feel free to add me, reading peoples posts and accomplishments really fuels me to keep going. :)
-
Hi Ellie! I'm Kim and I need to lose at least 135lbs bare minimum, I'm down just a handful at this point but I'm in the 290's now instead of 300's yay!

For tracking home made recipes eg casseroles or soups I put everything in the recipe builder, The when the food is cooked I weigh the whole thing and then serve out my portion by weight. [/quote] I had never thought of doing that, thank you so very much.

Round 46/Round 1 for me Female Age 31 Height 5’9” Starting weight (5/29/18) 302 CW: 295.2 UGW: 160 7/07 295.2 I have been trying to track what I eat but I keep getting frustrated with trying to log homemade meals accurately when there is no real way for me to measure the portions accurately, so most of my calories are a…

I'm in for my first round, this sounds just like the kind of motivation I really need to get moving.

I know its not all locations but mine sells whole lambs and whole duck. I wish my costco had all the things people are naming, each location seems to vary.
-
You asked about how to do this with little ones, I have a 21 month old so I understand the initial trepidation. What I found works for me is to really feed everyone the same as me but add a more carby side they can choose like sweet potato at dinner or fruit to go with lunch.
-
This is my first challenge and I'm on day 3 of this new WOE so keeping it simple. 1. Stay between 20-25 net carbs 2. Drink minimum 64oz of water 3. Pre-log my foods 4. Try to do some form of exercise everyday SW:274.8 GW: 265

I would really like some buddies, I sent requests to those above me. I am new to this whole LC WOE but i have been reading about it for years, it took my husbands diabetes diagnosis to get both of us moving in the right direction.

I would like to join please. I could really use the accountability.

I'm in!

I will just throw a quick tablespoon in my mouth and eat it plain, but I eat it purely for a fiber boost not to satiate my hunger.
-
I do higher fat and lower carb, but I also suffer from some insulin resistance (pre-diabetic) and PCOS. I really think it depends on your individual situation if you should do one higher then the other.
-
I would have to say your book is a bit off... I am currently a size 22, not a 16. When I used to weigh 150lbs 8 years ago I was a size 10. For my body type it seems to be about 3 sizes too small.
-
Okay try it for fun, I'm 276lbs and 5'9" what size am I? I want to be 150lbs what size will I eventually be?
-
Congratulations!

Always looking for more friends as I try to lose 135lbs! I also keep an open diary.
-
I don't know how long he has to endure but I would just try to get as creative as I can with the soups with as little repeat as I can. If you have a good blender just about any food can be a soup-ish/baby food type of consistency.

New to all this and have 100+ pounds to lose, it's time to motivate each other!
