I wish on my best days it would be accurate! Too bad I do have bad days, as well as good ones. It was pretty accurate in the beginning where I was losing about 13lbs a month. Of course it's slowed down since I'm almost at the 1 Year mark. Now I just don't pay attention to that number. I'll get there when I get there.

I always weigh myself in the morning nakey :blushing: that's what I've been doing this past year. Plus before I go to the doctor I like to weigh myself right before I walk out the door, of course I'm usually 3-6lbs heavier from clothes and shoes, but still. It's expected.

When I was at 363 I began with Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Walk. Boy it was hard! Now at 300 it's easier but her videos helped me get moving and now I try to do the longer ones like her 4 Fast Miles. Her videos were suggested to me here and honestly I think they're great for beginners! You just do what you can.
